I really want to replace the Siemitsu LS-64 shaft with the hallow shaft that is available. I know the lengths are different and it states that it's for the LS-32. Is the diameter or thread different?

so does that mean that the diameter is the same too? I should just be able to swap the shafts out then right? Thanks for the reply.
