NullDC Menu does not autohide

nulldc is working fine through hyperlaunch
only problem is when a game launches the nulldc menu stays on the top for awhile even though menuautohide is set to 1 in the cfg.

im sure other people have had this issue.  this is the only emulator i have found to show itself.  kinda want to have the illusion that there is no emulation.  anyone figure this out?
