Need some help with CP layout

 I saw a many posts and I want to build a Jukebox Button only, I want to do a layout for my button and then put it on my CP and drill the holes but I dont know how to do the layout in real size of the holes (28 mm)
I want to use photoshop for this, the main thing is how i can know in photoshop how length is my line
 I hope you can help me.

Can you just draw your layout on a piece of paper with a ruler?  If you want to mess around with the button layout just cut out some circles that are the size of you buttons and play around until you get something you like.  I have no idea how to use photoshop but maybe someone else does.
