RESOLVED THANKS: some how some weird way my paypal account is magically negative .25 cents all of the sudden and out of the blue.

I need to use my account but I cannot make any purchase's until that big ol quarter is paid off that they somehow figured I owe.

if someone would lend me a quarter I will pay you back a dollar right after I get this goofy problem fixed.

Email them about the issue, they usually respond pretty quickly
