"Best of" thread

Hi,

I wanted to suggest a new moderator-maintained sticky thread under Project Announcements to have links to the best projects.  Every month, the moderator can collect nominations and put up a poll, and the winner gets added to the thread.

There are one or two dozen all time "hall of famers" (Quercus, Woody, etc) that should be enshrined in a special thread for easy access.
