I have no idea why this is happening, and have found nothing in a search here or in the install info. The OS is basic XP (pre-SP). Maybe this is the issue?

Hmmm...not much to go on here. Do other plugins show up? Can you send me a listing of the files in the MaLa directory and subdirectories?

The more I think about this the more it seems like you're missing the c runtime libraries on your system. Try downloading the redistributable c runtime libraries HERE and install them. Please report back on whether that fixes the issue or not.

Yay, this worked. Thank you.

After installing the runtimes, I had to re-install the plug-in.
