Autogenerating mala game lists
« on: June 13, 2010, 01:15:52 am »
I have a plan to use the Hyperspin XML files to generate game lists for each genre for the many consoles I have on my cab. It looks like I can use MalaGamelist to create the lists, and use name list files as the input (this is one of the menu items). I would parse the Hyperspin XML files to generate the name list files.

My question is: is there any command line arguments or anyway to automate MalaGamelist? I would want to be able to input a name list file, a list name, and an output filename. Is anything like this possible, or do I need to use the menus in MalaGamelist to generate these many lists?

Thanks for any help.
