Dazz,

not sure if you already figured it out, but I may have found a solution to the woodworking issue that I ran into myself.
I found the aid linked below in my hardware store. It is explicitly for routers. It won't be perfect fits in any case, but you can get clean cuts and fasten the ports by hot glue. This is the way I did it.

I'm actually going to have mine done with a CNC machine that a friend of mine has access to.  I just need to come up with the exact measurements of each of the ports.
