Anyone know is arcadeshop.com is reputable ?

Hi guys. Have any of you ordered from arcadeshop.com? If so did everything go ok? I have e mailed them twice about a  shipping quote and I haven't heard back form them.

Yes X 1,000,000.  I've never had any problems with them and I've ordered several times.

They're great at shipping and great on the phone -- the only problem is that they can be slow with the emails. Give them a call.

Great vendor. I recommend phone order over email, as I too had issues getting emails through (years ago). He's been using the exact same email address posted on his site for over 10 years now. He must get a HUGE amount of spam, or have his spam filter set so high it nixes legit emails too.

His "hold" music was Paperboy, last time I called.    Only problem with phone orders is when [his wife?] takes phone orders, she sounds cranky and annoyed at having to do it.
