Help Indetify this sample

This has bugged me for a while and I can't seem to place it.

Artist: Kleptones
Album: Night at the Hip Hop Opera
Song: Question

What movie is the sample at about 2:20 from?

Sample goes something like this:
Woman: Sticks boy have a lot of enemies
Man: I would hope so.....

I listened, but I don't recognize it.

To me the voices sound like:

Gwyneth Paltrow and Sean Penn, but I don't think it is them.

I think the sample in question was lifted from the rockumentary The Decline of Western Civilization (1981).  Listen carefully and you will discern the female voice ask "Does Kickboy have a lot of enemies?"  Googled that line, bounced off  Wikipedia and dropped in on IMDB and it all came together.  Kind of anti-climactic but that's the way things go sometimes.

Thanks for introducing me to this album.  This is the most batshit crazy thing I've encountered besides myself in years.

Not sure if that is a good thing, but it is a damn good album.
