Tony Hawk has an X-arcade in his game room. You can see it in the background of this video.

How come he don't have a 720??

Also, that board interface looks pretty anti-climactic. Might as well use a gamepad or whatever. And all those buttons on it, I can't see it. Oh, also, Hawk was mostly a ramp skater. That's part of his legacy.

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

You should watch some old Bones Brigade videos. He tears up the street! Sure, he is a better vert skater than just about anyone, but his street skills are top-notch.

I remember something here and there, but he did very little street videos or comps.

Hugh Hefner has some kind of MAME cab in the game room of the playboy mansion I think.  He might even be using Novagems, as it had light up pushbuttons.  If so then that's +1 for Randy.

Can't remember where I saw it.  I think it was an episode of "Kendra"
