Want to auto rename all mp3 folders? HOW!!!

Here is the deal guys after hours and hours and i mean hours or tagging all my mp3s perfectly they are all in the right name/tag scheme i want them. The problem is they are in folders which are not in the right naming schemes. Is there a program that will move all mp3s to folders based on artist album etc........ I know mp3tag does this but then it leaves the album art left behind in the previouse folders? Any ideas how i can either get the art to move to the new folders with them (all covers named folder.jpg) or another program. Thanks I hope i was clear on what im talking about.

Tag&Rename is a handy tool and may be able to do what you're after but I never really tried as I set up the folders while doing the renaming of files and tags.

I use Tag & Rename myself (great tool) and promptly checked for that functionality when I read this post, but it only does it folder by folder.
