I'm looking for a retail version of Windows 98 at a reasonable price. Anyone have an idea or link I can browse about.

I'm wanting to, in the end, place a TV inside my cab(Once it is finally built), in place of my monitor. So this leads me to ask, do I really need Windows to run the drivers for the video card or can DOS handle this?

I haven't really seen where someone has used DOS for MAME, and run a video out on their video card.

Thanks for any help. Sorry if they are dumb and repeated questions. ???
