First, for those who haven't seen the project yet, realize it isn't a complete list.  That is a list of the game people have submitted control info about and have a diwspitch labelled cocktail in mame's listxml output.  So, if you want a more complete list please help out.  Second, it is only parents.  Theoritically the clones would have a cocktail mode too.  Though this isn't always the case.

The good news is probably the most popluar games are entered into the system so the info is probably useful enough for some people.

NickS, what do you mean you can't get the link to work?  What error do you get?

Why is cocktail mode missing on so many Mame games?  It is the most common startup warning I seem to get.  I dunno.  Seems odd that someone would take all the time to get a driver working near perfectly for a game and then they just leave the cocktail mode not working.  I don't know much about programming those drivers, but I would think that programming cocktail mode in for a game would be a simple operation compared to getting the driver itself to actually work with the roms...  So many games have cocktail mode already... I would think that the Mame dev's have devised a common/standard set of code for most games that would make cocktail mode easily work for them...

For those of you who get te page can not be displayed.  Can you get to http://fe.donkeyfly.com?
If you can get to that click the controls.dat project link.  Then click reports.  Then cocktail games.
I know the server's been having dns probs.

In IE6 I get:

Opening http://fe.donkeyfly.com/controls/gamesbycocktail.php

then without displaying anything it changes to:

Finding site: http://fe.donkeyfly.com/

Then it says Done. and still doesn't display anything...

Great list, tha really motivates me to get this cocktail project going. :)

Now, do I understand correctly in saying that the list are games that have a cocktail dipswitch in mame, but some may not necessarrily work correctly in cocktail mode?
