WG K4601 issue with a picture that is not very solid
« on: August 16, 2014, 04:25:57 am »
In my pac-man there is a WG K4601 monitor. I am trying to resolve a small issue regarding a shaky image. At first I thought about a grounding issue and  I noticed that there is a pin on the H/V board that is not connected.

According the manual there should be a wire going to a pin on the neckboard. and yes, there is a pin on the neckboard, but that one is already connected to connector K (which goes into the H/V board:

So, has the pin on the H/V board have to be connected to somewhere?

By the way, a previous owner did a partial capkit, he capped both vertical boards, but not the main board and another small board. I will do that, it might resolve the shaky image.
