Well as I was drilling pilot holes into the control panel for some new happ bat-top joysticks I drilled all the way through the wood panel. In my case a melamine covered piece of mdf. The joysticks are supposed to be mounted and screwed from the bottom up into the control panel. But now I have 4 noticeable holes in the top of the control panel.
Other than buying another sheet of wood does anyone have any idea on covering them up? Making it look like it was on purpose in other words. I'm building this arcade for a family member and they are paying for the materials. I'd prefer not to spend another $40 on a board just to fix a couple holes.
