25" Pentranic, Model 1025 Not Powering Up

I have been lurking the forums for a while, and just now made an account to hopefully resolve an issue. I bought a butchered NFL Blitz arcade machine. The wiring was a bit mangled but that has been resolved. The monitor did not work, but after close inspection, the tube had some small cracks that were unable to be seen without removing it. When removed, it was obvious it needed to be replaced. I researched online and looked at quite a few schematics for televisions I found at my local Goodwill (Orion TV, Model STV2555). After replacing the tube, the NFL Blitz board powered on, but no attempt to power the screen. I then replaced the game Jamma board with a working spare and no luck with the monitor working, instead I am greeted with the sound of birds chirping in my cabinet. I am familiar with the almighty flyback call of the dead.

My big question is, after replacing my tube, is it possible there is an issue with the tube causing the flyback to appear dead, or is it likely the flyback was dead all along?
