RetroArcade Arts
« on: January 08, 2011, 08:56:42 am »
Hello people, I finished the art decoration for the cab I'm constructing. It is a TAITO replica, one of the nicest cab models from my point of view.
I took the "Space Invaders" art theme and rearrange it to my own preferences, making a tributte to Ed Wood's "Plan 9 from Outer Space"
I would love to hear your opinion and critics.
Hope you like it!

Nice. I like the retro theme, though it seems a bit more "space invaders" than "Plan nine".

Yes I totally agree with you Drventure, I could not find good images from Plan 9 the movie, so I just took the Space Invaders theme and added a few
changes, + making it a bit more 50's vintage, comic style.

Maybe add a Zombie Tor or Vampira? But as a fan of both, I say great job!

Thanx Yotsuya, I'm goint to look for a Tor or Vampira image and try vectorize it, Let's see if I can them.
At least one of them would be nice to include them.
