Somebody must have used this artwork!
« on: June 13, 2010, 10:45:08 am »
ok so i have been desperately scouring google images for an example of somebody using the following set of art:

You can buy them all from mamemarquees/gameongrafix and i would have thought they would be more widely used, but that doesn't seem the case.
I would like to see what they all look like together but there just doesnt seem to be any pictures
I have so far purchased the marquee and intend to get the rest, but i want to be sure it will look alright as it is supposed to seeing as it appears that the colours are denser on the marquee. the planet appears very red on it but is much more orange on the other pieces.
another one of my concerns is the yellow target on the control panel, is that supposed to be where a trackball goes?

So, your point is ....??
...
Is this your art?
..
Or are you just pondering why no one has apparently used it?
...
Actually - I have seen it on several Space Invaders sold for Home use in Georgia (South of Atlanta actually).
..
So my question is:::::
::: Is this licensed from anyone?
..
I would be interested in using it.
..

I think he's asking because he is thinking about using it for his project and would like to see it actually on someones cab to get a better idea if he likes it or not
his point was clearly written out.

another one of my concerns is the yellow target on the control panel, is that supposed to be where a trackball goes?

Yeah thats there to frame the trackball, though it looks sorta off to one side. If you didn't want that on the cpo, I wonder if GameonGrafix would edit the artwork for you.

Heres a link to a machine with similar artwork, sans the cpo:
