hoo boy .. I'll try to help  :o

First off .. get the default Dragon King skin working with snaps.  Hammer that out before we jump over to custom skins where all sorts of issues could arise.

Your snaps should be stored in this directory in your example:   e:\mame\snap\*.png

(you really using "e" drive?  ;))

Your dirs.ini should have:  Primary Artwork Dir=e:\mame\

I would just leave my additional AW line blank for now.

Tell me how this works .. and I will continue to try to help from that.

I really appreciate you trying to help cw but I've already went over all of this with him.  As a matter of fact I'm unsure as to why he made this post.

As I said before Dariusz, the display doesn't render properly with your machine/video card combo.  I can tell by the pictures you have sent me, a working dragon king looks nothing like the pic of the default skin you sent me.

In other words no amount of changing settings or asking people for advice is gonna help you.  You'll have to until/if I find the rendering issues you are experiencing and release a new version that fixes them.

Thanks CM for your response and help,

All my settings are correct in Dragon King (DK) and Mame, and as Howard has just kindly pointed out it's my video card that is not supported correctly in DK.

For anyones information I'm using a DLeadtek WinFast Titanium 500TD GeForce 3 Video Card.

Thanks again,

Dariusz
