Zookeeper
« on: December 03, 2002, 11:28:21 am »
This is a game I have never heard of before or played before, my friend asked to play it last night on my MAME cab.  There are 3 versions of it in MAME so we tried all three and all of them froze up at the same point on some sort of bios screen before ever making it to the game.

Anybody know if this game just doesn't work yet, or if I am doing something wrong?  Thanks.

Some games need to be turned on twice.  Zookeeper is one of them and so is joust.

Basically start the game let it do its self check.  It will just freeze up at the enter location screen.  Hit ESC and reload the rom.  You will be able to play the game with no more problems.

indeed, that was it.  Thanks for the tip, and this does seem like a fun game.

Trust me it is fun and addicting. I have an Athlon XP 2200+ and I play zookeeper :)
