Didn't you read the info?

Ms. Pac-Man must eat all the dots in a maze in order to advance to the next stage. She's chased by killer ghosts but she can eat them while powered up after eating one of four large dots. Bonus points are awarded for eating the fruits and snacks that appear and wander the maze. This game is in a 25'' cabinet. This makes this game a lot more fun. One bid could win this great game.

That's what it's for.

Yes, I read that.  Thanks for pointing out the text.  What I was wondering, actually, was more along the lines of what is the most likely thing to be in that cabinet... a bootleg, a small pc...

Well as far as I know Ms Pacman isn't JAMMA compatible. If that's so, then surely the whole cabinet was re-wired...

What makes you say that's a JAMMA cab?  I see no mention of that and the control panel doesn't look JAMMA.

Seems I remember someone in Australia posting that that style cab is fairly common over there.

I simply assume it's JAMMA since I don't remember the last time I saw a 25" machine that wasn't. I'm sure there are probably exceptions to the rule, but I'd bet it probably is/was JAMMA.

It could be an original board with a converter.
