I don't know anything about Sports Car GT, but I did a quick search and found someone's website who has what looks like links to sites that you can find some stuff at.  Hope this helps you.

Thanks I downloaded a lot of cars from that site.
I did some more searching and found a site that had "Blackhawk Farms Raceway" http://garage.racesimcentral.com/ It looks like people are starting to abandon SCGT, so I better grab what I can.
