im having trouble running this program, where are you supposed to tell the program to save the ini's it generates too?

In the File menu, there is an option for 'M.A.M.E. INI Path' or something similar

ok, but for mame for windows not mame32, where do i tell it to put the ini files, i dont see an ini folder like in mame32, i just put it in the mame folder with the mame.exe?

Yep same applies...

If you don't have a \mame\ini folder, just create one and then point to it in the option I described above.
