I was just wondering what the best/easiest way to mirror a web page is?  Thank you.

What do you mean by mirror? Do you mean so you can view someone else web page offline or do you mean you want the same web page in 2 places to hanlde the traffic load?

If you want to make a web page available offline internet explorer has it build in. Many web sites frown on this though since your using a lot more bandwidth by mirroring their whole site than you would if you were browsing their site. Many sites even use techniques to block people from mirroring their site. Like if you tried to mirror this site you would use a lot of bandwidth that would cost the owner of the site money. A couple people mirroring the site would eat up more bandwidth than all the other visitors combined.
My statements are my own opinions. They have the value that the reader gives them. My opinion of my opinion varies between foolish and brilliant and these opinions often change with new information.

so that you can have the same page in 2 places to handle the traffic load.  The page I would like to do it to is just a 1 page thing with no pictures or anything, so I'm sure it wouldn't use much bandwith.

then just store a copy of the page on your server!
It's not as hard as you think it should be, I guess...

If its one small page with no pictures then why would you want to mirror it?

So that when I'm at school I can go to it without it being blocked.

Use IE's offline browsing utility.

Or else just goto the webpage and goto the file menu and click 'save' and this will allow you to save the HTML file on your website so you can view it whenever you want.

Maybe mirroring isn't the solution.  Why are you getting blocked?  Even a Geocities free account should be able to handle one page unless it's got a LOT of stuff on that one page...or a LOT of people are using it.

If you're thinking about having multiple accounts and keeping mirrors that way, free webhosts usually frown on that, but the best bet is to make an entry page that has nothing on it but the title and a link to whatever you want to use as your page.  Add additional links to the entry page for each mirror page.  Otherwise, mirroring won't do any good if you just link it on your main page (the one you're mirroring)--once you run out of bandwidth on your main page (index.html), no one will be able to follow additional links on your site.

If you just want to be able to see the site yourself, make a copy of the site on a floppy or CD and keep it with you.

Why are you getting blocked
The school has a filter.  I've just decided to use a proxy anyway(I finally found a good one)
