Order up some perforated aluminum or steel, worse comes to worse, and make your own.

I've had good luck with metals from this company: http://www.onlinemetals.com

Search "perforated metal" ....
I have found some locally at stores like ACE, Lowes, Home Depot, etc....but it's usually ridiculously expensive.

Did you look where I suggested?

12 inches x 24 inches - $17.02
Thickness    0.036"
Hole Size    0.0625"
Stagger    0.125"
Open Area    23%

(not sure of that's the size hole you need).

Hello,
I made mine from plywood and found the grill material at the local fabric store for $4.00
Good Luck!
