Got this in a recent order to Zanen..... figured someone else could use the information.
(it's dated 2002, but I literally just got it in with my package)

Not a technician . . . . just a DIY'er.

I can't download it.

edit: it's a problem that has suddenly developed on Firefox.  I'm sure a restart will fix it, as I can download it fine in IE.

Hmmm.... I'll have to try it myself too then as I use Firefox.

One reason I made it a .jpg as I knew a .pdf probably would not download for most. (on-going problem)

EDIT: No problem here. Must have been a glitch.

Must have been.  A restart and I can view images again.
