So what's up with Hyperspin?
« on: August 26, 2009, 12:30:58 pm »
I am wanting to take a look at Hyperspin thanks to some of the recommendations on BYOAC. I registered 3 weeks ago but to my knowledge, never got a confirmation email. I emailed them a week ago asking them to resend it. Since I never received anything, I thought maybe I had thought it was junk (since I get about 50 junk emails a day) and that I had erased it. So I registered again today under my work email and still nothing.

Are they out of business/dead/in jail? I'd like to d/l it so I can evaluate it in my spare time.
You probably remember me from such films as `The Revenge of Abe Lincoln' and `The Wackiest Covered Wagon in the West'

Our web server seems to have problems sending out email the verification emails for some stupid reason.  I just went and activated everyone's accounts that recently registered as well as removing the email verification requirement since we have other measures in place.  Hopefully this will make registration easier and not cause this problem again.

Our appologies.

On a related note, be patient when you start setting it up! Its a GREAT FE but it will take some time to make it nice. Well worth it IMHO.
