WinIPAC and Street Fighter 4
« on: September 01, 2009, 12:27:13 am »
Just finished hooking up the J-PAC to a super neo candy 29. Ran the benchmark with SF4 and it scored very well. Installed the game and slowed down to about 20 FPS. After some troubleshooting, I ended up uninstalling WinIPAC and now it runs great again. Anybody have this problem before?

I'm running XP SP3, AMD64 dual-core (dont remember the exact speed, but I think it's 2.5), 2 GB RAM, and an Nvidia 7950GT OC w/ 512MB.

After uninstalling WinIPAC, the game doesn't recognize button presses or joystick movements which is to be expected I think. Was going to try PPJoy but had to head to work. Can anybody share their experiences with running PPJoy or any other keyboard encoders for Street Fighter 4?

Thanks for any help!

So I had to re-install the driver for the J-PAC and the slowing down is back. Maybe something up with the driver? Anybody?
