Use laptop on tv, laptop doesn't have svideo

I have a dell inspiron 1300 that I'd like to use on a TV but it doesn't have svideo, what are my options?

i'm assuming it only has a VGA output?  there arent alot of cheap options for you.  the device in that link was only $70..you aren't going to build a new PC for anywhere near that.

No, but for 70$ I may as well just save the cash and build a better PC with svideo.
