Question about WG U2000 monitors..

I understand that these are MEDIUM resolution monitors, and what I want to know is if I hook up a game to it that's STANDARD resolution (NBA JAM, XMen...most games,) will it damage the monitor or PCB? Thanks for any replies.

u2000 is a standard res monitor.
