is there a torrent with a bunch of the themes for hyperspin available?
I know that they're all easily available on the website, but the 3 minute wait is really annoying.
If there isn't, is there someone who'd be willing to upload a set of their themes for MAME?

They are all available via FTP download if you donate.  Once you donate, you get a FTP username and password.
