Don't know if any of you are interested but just in case... I've always had ideas for board/card games floating around in my head and I was looking up solutions for professional-looking cards for one idea in particular. That's what I stumbled across
thegamecrafter.com. It lets you upload your board/card designs and add pieces (pawns, dice, etc.) after which they produce it (for personal use or prototype) and even publish it if you choose to do so. As a board game fanatic I think it's an excellent and long-overdue idea.
The site looks very user friendly with tutorials, a cost estimator and an active forum.
DISCLAIMER: It is fairly new on the scene and there's little testimonial. I'm fairly sure it's legit but proceed with care.
