Need help with adhesive vinyl problem
« on: June 30, 2009, 01:33:31 pm »
Hey guys, I just got my sideart printed at a signshop and it looks great, but i am having a problem with the adhesive. The edges are peeling...Rest of it is fine, but I know that with the edges peeling/curling ( right now they are about 1/16 inch hanging) I'm scared that someone might end up peeling it off( just like peeling off a scab)...The artwork is basiclly a 18 inch circle sticker...any suggestion on trying to make it stick better?

not 100% sure if it will work but you could try wallpaper adhesive. They make it in small containers/tubes designed for wallpaper that is peeling at the corners. has a small tip so you can squirt a little in. That might work, and I would think there would be no problem with regard to bleeding through or staining.
Empire had the better ending. I mean, Luke gets his hand cut off, finds out Vader's his father, Han gets frozen and taken away by Boba Fett. It ends on such a down note. I mean, that's what life is, a series of down endings. All Jedi had was a bunch of Muppets
