Thanks for the Help
« on: May 13, 2009, 10:11:44 pm »
A few weeks ago I had a question about two monitors and one computer.  Well I finally pulled the trigger on a 23 inch Samsung model which I mounted on the wall above my desk.  I've got the pc and mini plugged into it and it works great.  Push one button and pull out the wireless keyboard / mouse and I go from windows to OS X.  Thanks again.

I was looking at getting a dual display bracket for my two 19"LCDs, rather than mounting them to the wall.  I like your setup, but I would have to get a 40" Plasma display if I was going to wall mount it.  ;D
If I had only one wish, it would be for three more wishes.

At one time I had a 32inch screen mounted on the wall in a like manner and I couldn't take it.  I could sit for about 5 minutes and then I would just get to dizzy.  The 23inch Samsung seems to be just right, for me anyways.

I've been wondering about picking up one of the new 30" monitors (from what I understand, the DELL 3008wfp is +really+ nice, but I've wondered the same thing about having to move your eyes all over that much real estate.)

The 24" widescreen I have now have worked very nicely though.

If I could go that big without without getting sick I would.  I just have a bad inner ear when it comes to movement and such.  It sucks because I use to love riding rollercoasters and everything but now it just make me sick (not throwup sick just dizzy sick).  I was even concerned about this 23 but its working nice for me.
