Hey guys,  I had my TV working perfectly through RGB via a SCART/VGA Cable with Sailor Sats soft15khz.  All was going well until tonight I fired the TV up to test out my new cabmame build, but before getting that far the TV now looks like ass.

Either via The Antenna(Normal TV) or via the SCART Cable, there are really dark scanline looking things that get wave-ier the brighter the image on the TV.  When theres a dark/black image its barely noticeable(still looks weird with the dark scan lines), but when theres any large parts of white the scanlines kind of spread apart and get really wavey and flickery.  The weird thing is, it looks like theres a good picture behind an Overlay of this wavey crap if that makes sense.

Could it be a grounding problem?  Because theres no ground pin on the plug that goes into the wall.  Its a really weird effect, because running mame, you can still see its a nice picture but has this ---smurfy--- scanline/wavey effect all over it.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated,

Thanks.

EDIT:  I couldn't get clear pictures so I tried to simulate the look;

Before (When it looks like an Arcade Monitor, perfect);

Now, when the picture is dark/black;

Now, when the picture gets lighter/white;

EDIT2:

I opened up the case, and the Tube is made in france by SHARP.  Would it be possible/viable to buy a chassis for the tube?  or is the tube gone?

recheck all connections/grounds.

sometimes cable routing can also have an effect.....
