Mame 136 not seeing CHD's
« on: January 31, 2010, 07:21:36 pm »
Hey all,

Well I have my roms in the roms folder and the chds in the chd folder.  I Told MameUI where they were and it works fine, but mame136 tells me I don't have the chd for the game.  OK so I made a mame.ini and added a line:

rompath                   roms
chdpath                   chd

Nope, didn't work.  Is there a new rule I don't know about?  What am I missing?

Thanks!  :notworthy:

That could be because there is no baseline command or .ini option which allows for setting a "chdpath".  It doesn't exist.
Any CHD is considered a ROM - so pointing to a folder which contains the CHD's should be sufficient.

rompath                   roms;chd
