Greetings Programs!
You may have seen my post on my Sinistar Cockpit. Well, my Tron Upright is having problems in the monitor department too.
When I power up the machine, the picture has waves running through it. Now, I sent the monitor chassis and the entire board set to Eldorado Games to be worked on. They could not find anything wrong with the monitor chassis. There were a couple of issues with the board set which they fixed and then sent everything back to me.
So, I hook everything back up, monitor is still wavy. The only thing that I did not send to them was the unit in the bottom of the cabinet that has the big capacitors and bridge on it. I checked this for voltages and from what I have in my manual and what I have found online, the voltages from it are correct and steady.
So, my question is, is this some kind of grounding problem? Or is it something else in the cabinet that I have overlooked?
Thank you in advance,
Sihn Starr Rossi
