Issue with "News" area of forum (in forum list)

Now when the news changes, the box gets resized and the whole page shifts (constantly). I'll go to click on a particular forum, only to have it shift and I either wind up clicking nothing, or the wrong forum.

Problem affects both IE and Firefox on two different computers, so I know I can't be the only one annoyed by this.

Oh is that it. I noticed that the whole site became a lot slower at some point. It keeps on building and moving around for a long time.

It is sort of annoying to have the page bouncing up and down in the browser like that.
