How to set up 4-player simultaneous in Lode Runner: The Dig Fight?

Howdy-

I was trying to set up Lode Runner: The Dig Fight, & I can't seem to set it up such that you can get a 4-player simultaneous game going.

This game has 2 monitors & 4 sets of controls.

I can set it up to be a 1- or 2-player game on 1 monitor.  I can set it up to be a 1- or 2-player game on 2 monitors (both monitors display the same thing).  Or, I can set it up to be a pair of independent 1- or 2-player games on each monitor.

I would think that there was a 4-player simultaneous mode.  Anybody figure out game settings to accomplish this?  It looks as if it would be a hoot!
