Need help with vector file

Hi, someone sent me this vector file, but it's newer than the version 10 of Illustrator that I have, so I can't open it.  Can someone with a newer version open and save it as either 8 or 10 so I can open it and do what I need to do to this file?

It's actually an EPS file, but I renamed it to PDF so I could attach it.
