Hi There,

Has anyone developed there own skin(s) for MANEWAH that they would like to share with other MAMEWAH users?

Good idea :)

I'll bung a page on my site for this kinda stuff at some point.  I just need to alter the code slightly in the designer so that background images assume the same path as the LAY file...atm the path is stored in the LAY, so it will not work on another PC unless the directory structure is the same (unlikely).  Don't worry, you will not have to make new LAY's, but possibly edit the LAY and change this part manually (this'll take 1 minute)...

It's probably worth having a file format based on a name.

So lets say someone calls their layout fred.

Then it would look under fred\lay\...

Then it would default to \lay

Or the other way around (\lay\fred\...  but then the default is in that directory).

Then people could compress the whole directory easily for copying them around.
