Has this been done before? Pinball Handprints on CP Art?

While taking a break from reading Saint's book I have been contemplating my CP art design.   I thought of having a black background with blue designs in it.   I thought that it would be cool to make handprints on the sides of the top where your hands would go to play the pinball buttons, basically showing you where to put your hands.   Make it a flaming hand print in yellow and that would be very cool.

Just wanted to see if anyone has done this yet?  Odds are, several ppl have    I'd love to see pics of what it would look like.
