Yesterday I picked up 2 "non-working" complete Ms. Pacman cabs for $350. The seller advised that 1 cuts on with a blank screen and the other doesn't cut on at all. Both apparently were on location at some point, because they have quite a bit of wear and tear to the paint but structurarly the cabs were great. Once I got them home I took the time to tinker a bit, and when I cut on the "working" cab I got a screen with numbers and character sprites littered across the screen. I tried to swap the PCB's but the other machine had the grounding plug missing, and because of that it shorted and charred the eeproms

damaging the other PCB (this is apparently why the second cab didn't work.) So with a little trouble shooting I swapped daughter boards and the first Ms Pacman
WORKS 100%
When I have time I will replace the plug on the second cab and hopefully it will power up, and so far it seems the only thing that needs replacing is the eeproms or the entire PCB. And as you can see from the pics they both need a REALLLLLY good cleaning.
