My marquee, Robotron.
« on: September 07, 2008, 04:32:39 pm »
I considered myself a pretty good gamer, then i met Robotron.  I had never run
across the game in an arcade until real recently.  Needless to say i was completely
frustrated with it.  But it's also one of the best games I've ever played, so I've
decided to build a dedicated machine.

But not being a diehard arcade enthusiet, more of a hobbiest, it's not going to
be a reproduction cab, or a restoration.  The actual cab is going to take a very,
very long time for me to finalize. SO i decided to play with the art first.  This
marquee is one of the ways the art for the cab might go.

Tell me what you think.  I'd love some feed back.

Nice design :)

But I don't like white marquees. Could you change the background to black and the ROBOTRON Logo to white? Just to see if it would be better......

Meh, it looks OK.

Lunch break changes, took all of 2 mins.  I'll think about it more and change touch it up later.

Of course it does :)

It's just if you want the marquee to be lit from behind.....the white areas might be a problem.....it will be too bright.
