Robert Hazard 1948-2008

Philly area New Wave guy. He was probably best know for writing Girls Just Want To Have Fun for Cyndie Lauper, but I remember him for his own songs like Change Reaction and Escalator of Life. Growing up in the Philly 'burbs, these songs were often on in the background during a game of Asteriods or Defender.

One of the first "real" bands I liked growing from a kid to a young adult. I'm very bummed.  :'(

Escalator of Life in all its cheesy 80's video glory.
