Can i run dvd interactive games on my mame cab

As the title suggests is it possible? And if so how? Using xp pro and latest mamewah. Have been using dameon tools for mounting isos for emus such as nulldc so is it possible? Im thinking as normally for these you just need arrow keys and enter which I have programmed on my ipac.

Im thinking having a seperate menu for interactive dvds. Also I have loads of these so just make them isos would make it easier?
