Okay, for starters i'm guessing thats just a scaled down image for posting on here? as you have a lot of jagged edges.

Also the light blue circles around each joystick don't align too well with the main surrounds for each of the player controls.

As for the trackball if anyone wants to use it with their right hand they may find that the player two stick gets in their way. Might be worth moving it up and to the left to give more clearance on either side.

Also you might consider moving the whole set of controls higher up  - it's  uncomfortable not to have something to rest your wrist on while you are tapping buttons.
