Mame / MameWah / Coindoor issue

I have a problem with certain games not registering the coins from my coin door.  I can't figure out where the problem is.  For example:

Super Bubble Bobble always registers the coin inserts.
Rygar registers like every 10th coin.

The coins still goes through, its not getting rejected, but it just doesn't register in Mame / MameWah.

If it's working perfectly for certain games, then surely it can't be the coin door?  I'm using the mini-pac.

Mamewah wouldn't have anything to do with it.

Rygar never gives me problems. What version of MAME are you using?

I'm using Mame 0125b.  Is that the correct one to use?  I'm also getting some other weird problems.  Like with Snow Bros when I insert a coin, it shows "coin error".

Remap the coin insert to a button or a shifted button in the games you are having trouble with to narrow down where the problem is coming from.
