Software to determine refresh rate

Anyone know of some software that can report the refresh rate a video card is outputting at, to at least 2 decimal places?

I would like to determing the exact refresh rates of some ArcadeVGA modes...

Yep, Powerstrip gives a good amount of info. Very nice to have (and it's the only way to get my Voodooł to do 640x480).
